Used Coffee Grinds

Coffee grinds becomes moldy within two days in room temperature due to its acidity level.

Here are a few things you can do before sending it to us:

1) Dry it thorough in a conventional oven or dehydrator, or refrigerator

2) Store it in the humidity proof container/bag or refrigerator until you are ready to sent

*We also accept expired coffee beans and grounds, green or brown.

Floral Waste

Withering flowers can rot quite quickly, especially with the humidity in Hong Kong.

Help us by doing these few simple steps:

1) Break up stem and bigger pieces of leaves into smaller pieces

2) Separate petal from the pistil/stamen

3) Let it dry in for a few days. Allow breathing room.

4) ones you see shrinkage, you are ready to pack and sent to us.

5) If you want to take the extra step, dry it in an oven or dehydrator, until it’s crispy

Cacao husks

This is easy as its already dried in the process of making chocolate.
